Shipping Policy

Where. United States only. No international shipping.

Carrier. USPS. Street addresses and PO boxes.

Cost. Shipping is included in the price. No separate shipping charge at checkout. Return shipping on a 30-day return is paid by the customer.

When. Units ship when all 313 positions sell or January 1, 2027, whichever comes first. Onboarding packets within five business days of confirmed payment.

Risk of loss. GhostLogic LLC bears the risk of loss until your unit is delivered. If it is lost or damaged in transit, contact support@ghostlogic.tech and we will replace it.

Address accuracy. We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If an address is undeliverable we will contact you at your order email. Tell us about address changes before your unit ships.
