Refund Policy

Seller. All 313 Founders orders are sold by GhostLogic LLC, 2222 W Grand River, Okemos, MI.

Before your unit ships. Cancel at any time before shipment and receive a full refund of everything you paid. Email support@ghostlogic.tech from the address on your order. No reason required.

0.5 TB payment-plan refunds. A pre-shipment cancellation stops future recorder and Guardian invoices and refunds every payment already made under the plan, including any Guardian invoices paid before shipment. There is no interest and there are no late fees.

After delivery. Return your unit within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The unit must be returned complete and in working condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact support@ghostlogic.tech to start a return and we will provide instructions.

How refunds are issued. To your original payment method or as store credit. We will tell you which options are available when your refund is approved.

What happens to your Founding number. Your Founding number is retired permanently when your order is refunded. It is not reissued to anyone else, and the total number of issued positions falls below 313.

Scholarship positions. Granted at no cost and not refundable, since no payment was made. See Terms §6 for revocation.

Timing. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to post the credit.
