Cancellation Policy

Before shipment. Cancel at any time, for any reason, full refund. Email support@ghostlogic.tech from the address on your order.

Payment-plan cancellation. For the 0.5 TB plan, cancellation also stops future Stripe invoices. GhostLogic does not keep prior plan payments after a valid pre-shipment cancellation.

After shipment. Handled as a return under the Refund Policy — 30 days from delivery, return shipping paid by the customer.

If we cancel your order. We may cancel and refund in full if we cannot verify your information, if the order appears fraudulent or duplicative, or if we cannot lawfully ship to you. Because the program is limited to one unit per person, orders that appear to be a second position for the same person may be cancelled and refunded.

If we cancel the program. If GhostLogic LLC cannot deliver the 313 Founders program, we will refund purchasers from available funds and notify you by email as soon as we know.

Effect on your Founding number. Any cancellation retires your Founding number permanently.
