Preorder Terms

Read this before you buy.

What you are buying. A numbered GhostLogic Evidence Collector — 313 Founders Edition, in the capacity you selected. Your Founding number is permanent and unique, from 001/313 to 313/313.

Purchase and payment options. Choose 64 GB or 0.5 TB, with or without a Flight Recorder Dock, and pay now or over two or four monthly payments. Every payment plan includes Guardian after the hardware payments. Pay-now purchases make Guardian optional. Stripe Checkout collects the first payment; later payments use emailed invoices due within 30 days, and your saved card is not charged automatically. There is no interest and there are no late fees.

When it ships. When all 313 positions sell or January 1, 2027, whichever comes first. Your onboarding packet ships within five business days of your payment being confirmed.

Units ship as the production run completes. Your Founding number and payment are confirmed immediately; your physical unit ships when the run reaches capacity or by the date above. If a change to the shipped hardware is material, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

If we miss the shipping date. We will notify you and give you the choice: wait, or cancel for a full refund. We will not hold your money past the promised date without asking you.

Platform support. Windows, macOS and Linux are all supported at launch.

One unit per person, enforced across orders.

No application is required to buy. Choose your order, provide the minimum checkout contact information, and continue to Stripe Checkout while inventory remains.

Your position is not held indefinitely. Starting Checkout holds one position for up to two hours. If Checkout is not completed, the position returns to inventory and you may start again if inventory remains.

Your number is assigned only after payment clears. Starting or completing the order form does not assign a number. A confirmed payment does.

Founder input is optional. After payment, you may share how you expect to use the product and whether you want to hear about focused feedback opportunities. Skipping it does not affect your order, number, warranty, support or shipment.
