313 Founders Privacy Policy

Who we are. GhostLogic LLC, 2222 W Grand River, Okemos, MI · support@ghostlogic.tech · 313-644-4678.

What we collect

When you start an order: your email address, phone number and selected order terms.

If you pay: your name, shipping address, and payment confirmation details. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our systems.

If you choose to share Founder input after payment: the optional answers you provide about your setup, intended use and interest in future feedback opportunities. These answers are stored separately from your order and do not affect it.

Automatically: basic technical and usage data needed to operate and secure the site.

How long we keep it

Order attempts that do not become purchases: 30 days, then deleted, except security records we must retain longer.

Buyers: one year after delivery, except records we must keep longer for tax and accounting purposes.

Optional Founder input: until you ask us to delete it or the program ends, whichever comes first.
