The problem
Every party arrives with a different record.
After an incident, the dispute is rarely only about what should be paid. It is about what happened, in what order, and which account of it to believe.
The insured’s systems produced the logs — and those systems are the very ones in question. Logs rotate. Devices are wiped or replaced during response. Timelines are assembled after the fact from whatever survived. Every surviving source tells only part of the story, and each party reads it through its own interest.
Now AI agents act through insured systems at machine speed, using the insured’s own credentials. The account that acted and the person who owns it are no longer the same evidence.

GhostLogic reports separate different levels of knowledge instead of flattening everything into one confident-looking narrative. Every finding carries its classification:

“Not established” is a first-class outcome, not a failure. A record that admits what it cannot show is the record worth arguing from — and the one that shortens arguments.
